Ohai! I'm Tree, short for Katrina. I'm an ace 40-something year old Twitch streamer & YouTube ASMR creator who was born in the Netherlands and lives in London. I live with Crohn's Disease and anxiety issues, but try not to let these things define me.

I'm a fan of sci-fi, boops, bumblebees (we'll come on to that), baked goods, cheese, and terribad puns. I adore Pusheen and Owl House and you may spot references to them in our streams.

Gaming-wise you'll not find any massive skill in my streams, but you will find some general themes of games types that I enjoy. Things like Rimworld, Valheim, Terraria, Wildermyth, Pharoah, Stonehearth, Core Keeper, Foundation & Banished. I like building houses and colonies and civilisations. On stream we regularly play Words on Stream and jigsaws; I love the teamwork these things encourage.

Treecle is the name of my first ever character in World of Warcraft. She started life as a Night Elf but spent most of her 'life' as a Tauren. And of course, it goes without saying that she was a resto druid, because, trees!

I like to think I'm a 'hygge' streamer; I'm told my streams are calming to watch. The communiTree are a wonderfully welcoming bunch. We're diverse and inclusive and I couldn't be more proud of the communiTree.
I'm a volunteer ambassador for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. There are so many wonderful charities out there; I'm honoured to have been asked to represent the BBCT.
I'm a sucker for an underdog, and the fact that these bumbling little creatures are often overlooked for the more 'glamorous' honeybee really spoke to me. I started learning about them and set up a blog for entry-level readers who may be interested in learning more. The BBCT is a science-based charity, using education as a tool to help our precious bees.
Rubber Ducks is a community I founded in 2020 which supports smaller indie devs and streamers. It's very relaxed and a place where streamers and devs can pick each others' brains, and make connections. Some of the games I stream will come from devs I've met there. We're always keen to welcome in new friends with an interest in indie games, whether those are streamers, devs, or players happy to help with testing.
Cake is an inclusive community I founded several years ago and I'm Tree-lighted to have watched many friendships bloom. It began as a guild in WoW, but when people moved on from WoW, many wanted to stick around in the community because the people were so smashing. We established a Discord server which grew to home our WoW guild, FFXIV Free Company, Palia community and our wider general group of beloved gamers and geeks.
